WHAT DOES A TYPICAL RETOUCHING INVOLVE? |
Our professional image retouchers work to make your photo look as good as possible. Common actions taken are
* Skin improvements (acne, scares, pores, wrinkles etc.)
* Red eye removal
* Adjusting the colour and contrast
* Level adjustment

WHAT DOES "OTHER REQUESTS" MEAN? |
| In the text box "Other requests", you can send accompanying instructions (in English) to the retoucher. As far as possible, the retoucher will follow these instructions. |

WHAT DOES IT COST? |
It costs $7.95 for a normal sized photo (up to 3 MB).
For photos that are a bit larger, 3-10 MB, it costs $1 extra. All prices include VAT. |

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME? |
| We normally deliver within 24 hours. If it is really urgent, there is an express delivery option, in which case your photo is given the highest priority and jumps to the front of the queue. This costs $1 extra. |

WHAT TYPE OF PHOTOS DO YOU RETOUCH? |
| We retouch portrait headshots, not whole body images, pictures of objects, landscapes, etc. The image formats that we accept are: jpg (jpeg), png, bmp and tif. |

IS THERE A MINIMUM SIZE? |
| The smallest size we handle is 0.5 MegaPixel. This equivalent, for example, of 1000 x 500 pixels or 710 x 710 pixels. (Multiply the width by the height and you obtain the number of MegaPixels) |

WHAT SIZE DO YOU RECOMMEND? |
| For the best result - upload the largest possible file. We recommend at least 2 MB. We accept files up to 15 MB. |
