CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT Modelness takes confidentiality very seriously. Modelness does not sell or transfer the user's image copyrights to any third party; nor will the image be used for advertising, without the user's consent. Only the individual or individuals who work on the image have access to the image. After the image has been delivered to the user, it will be deleted from Modelness.com's system after 7 days.
