Normal delivery time is less than 24 hours. Longer delivery times are possible. If we cannot deliver within 7 days, we offer you your money back; contact us for reimbursement.
In paying for the service, you have consented to us starting work straight away, thus there is no cancellation or refund. If you are not pleased with the result, send an e-mail to info@modelness.com, describing the reason for your dissatisfaction. If it is shown that the service has not been performed professionally, we will, of course, redo the retouching.
When the order has been accepted, we send a confirmation to the e-mail address you provided.
Delivery is made electronically to the e-mail address you provided.
